Our marina has 45 berths, all of which have electricity and water. They are mostly being used by the people who have their boats there all year round, but people passing by are ofcourse most welcome! De harbormaster has his office on the top floor of our organization's ship the ''Albatros'' (the big ark sitting sideways on the quay). Also on the top floor you find our bar, which is opened during the season in the afternoon and evening.
The harbor of the MWV is located at walking distance (15 minutes) from the center of Den Helder, and the railway station. Also the Reddingmuseum, the Marinemuseum and the old navy yard Willemsoord are well within (walking) distance. Right across from the Marinemuseum you can find the ferry to Texel.
