Alle zalen in Museum Martena zijn toegankelijk voor rolstoelers en scootmobielbestuurders. Er zijn rolstoelparkeerplaatsen aan de Voorstraat, waar u twee uur kunt parkeren. Onze lift is helaas te krap voor erg grote scootmobielen.

Assistentiehonden mogen natuurlijk mee het museum in.
- In het hoogseizoen alle dagen open. Buiten het hoogseizoen (vanaf 31 oktober) op maandag, eerste Kerstdag en Nieuwjaarsdag gesloten. Als een feestdag op een maandag valt is het museum en VVV geopend.
