The Bierema family loves to let you experience the Terschelling nature during the different Puur activities. With the self-bred Friesian horses for the covered wagons, larger groups can also be transported.
Other activities of Puur Terschelling are Frisian and Shire riding horse rental, riding their sweet Frisian or Shires horses on a comfortable australian saddle over the numerous equestrian routes on the island compiled by Staatsbosbeheer, through woods, dunes, cranberry fields and of course always over the beach. Wij werken zoveel mogelijk met grondwater (drie waterbronboringen) en besparen waar mogelijk.
Wij hebben 152 zonnepanelen op onze daken, wij hebben twee grondwarmtepompen, drie grondwaterboringen en zijn een gasloos bedrijf.
Wij werken veel met natuurlijke materialen van de lokale economie en natuur zoals eilandhout, hout uit het bos & grondplagen voor tuinwallen.
Wij verzorgen met de paarden en schapenkudde waddendijk & duinbegrazing. Wat sociaal en ecologisch zeer bijdraagt aan de eilandbeleving.
Wij staan als bedrijf voor een hoge (dieren)welzijn en veiligheid.
Doordat iedereen kan genieten bij ons van een Pure natuur- en eilandbeleving.
