When visiting the Hoogeland, a stopover at Abraham's Mustard Maker is a must! On the cozy Molenplein in Eenrum you will find one of the few locations in the Netherlands where mustard is still made according to traditional methods.

The mustard maker is completely open to the public; take all the time to look around yourself or join a tour. You can find more information about Abraham's mustard and tasty recipes under the ‘mustard maker’ heading in the main menu.
In the restaurant, which is located in the same building, you can of course also taste our mustard! The mustard soup is always ready, and in addition there are various lunch and dinner dishes with and without mustard on the menu. Under the heading "restaurant" you will find our menus and the possibility to make a reservation. Here you will also find the various festive packages that we offer. Not entirely to your liking?
