From Pastorie Marie you walk in 10 minutes - past old houses with beautiful facades - to the home of the Texel fishing fleet that with its tough charm exerts an irresistible attraction. In the harbor you will find a number of restaurants and excursion boats for a trip on the Wadden Sea. Oudeschild lies at the foot of the Hoge Berg nature reserve, the oldest part of the holiday island. In this area you can walk and cycle between typical Texel garden walls and sheep fines. The Skillepaadje is a must.
