The Kook Atelier only serves ingredients that they really support. The farmers with whom they work not only love their profession, but also have the knowledge and skills to deliver the best to them.
Vegetables in the leading role
They cook in season and serve elegant dishes with the vegetables in the lead. When possible organic, but always local & regional.

Fresh & Fruity
The restaurant does not serve a standard non-alcoholic assortment. Why? Because it can simply be done differently. Responsible alternatives, but certainly not less tasty. Ask for the drinks menu and taste the difference.
At Kook Atelier, sustainability is of great importance!
Wij maken gebruik van biologische afbreekbare schoonmaakmiddelen, daarnaast hebben we home made zeep. Ook hebben we eigen teelten, bijenkasten en eetbare bloemen in de tuin.
We hebben filters op de kranen en we geven met opgevangen regenwater de planten water.
We maken zelf zeep en siropen van de kruiden en fruitskneusjes en de jampotjes worden cadeaubon verpakking.

We hebben een 4 daagse werkweek en we zijn veel buiten.
We bieden lokale werkgelegenheid. Verder werken er mensen met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt bij ons. Daarnaast kopen we alles lokaal in.
